• Institutional KYC/KYB Data: Business registration, jurisdictional presence, and authorized representative details (required for Tier-2 Dark Pool).
• Wallet Addresses: Public cryptographic addresses used to interact with the Splice network and Canton contracts.
• Communication Data: Information provided when contacting our support or institutional sales team.

3. Sub-Transaction Privacy & Canton Network

Unlike public blockchains, Goldacorn operates on the Canton Network. Transaction details, order sizes, and participating counterparties are not published to a global ledger. Data is synchronized strictly on a need-to-know basis as per the underlying Daml smart contracts, physically isolating your financial data from network participants who are not party to the trade.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Information is stored in encrypted, tier-1 jurisdictions following the strictest institutional security guidelines.
